Gregory Ashcraft
Greg is an Estate Planning attorney in the firm. When he is not helping families create, implement, or execute plans to protect his clients’ assets and family members, he is busy with four children. He and his wife, Rachel, love music and met at Murrieta Valley High School when they were in choir together. Their kids have followed in their musical footsteps and almost always can be found at some sort of musical theater rehearsal or dance practice. Greg also occasionally joins them on stage.
Sacha Cruse
Sacha Cruse began her career as an attorney in 2011, with a practice focused primarily on divorce and custody issues. Sacha quickly realized that she could be of greater benefit to her clients by assisting them in avoiding court altogether. For the last ten years Sacha has been working to help clients and their families avoid probate court by designing Estate Plans that work with their unique needs and goals.
A San Diego native, Sacha lives in Rancho Bernardo with her daughter, Violet, their dog, Lucky, and Violet’s rabbit, Jinx. When she isn’t working hard for her clients, Sacha stays busy by driving her daughter to her many activities and social engagements.
Nancee Tegeder
Nancee is an attorney in the firm focusing on probate and trust administration. She has been practicing law for over 21 years and spent five of those years running her own estate planning law firm in Arizona. Over the course of her career, Nancee has also advised small businesses, practiced securities law and worked in employment law. She is licensed to practice in California, Utah and Arizona.
When she isn’t working, Nancee can usually be found with her husband and three kids, sneaking chocolate like it’s a competitive sport, or out on the water wake surfing. In the winter, she trades her surfboard for a snowboard.
Jenni Edwards
Jenni is a seasoned paralegal with experience in family law, probate, and trust administration—because why master one area when you can juggle all three? Mom to three grown kids, dog lover x2, and proud member of a big, beautiful family. When she’s not handling legal matters or decoding court filings, she’s globetrotting, binge-watching reality TV like it’s her side hustle, and almost certainly being voted Most Likely to Organize Chaos with a Smile.
Kellee Swindell
Kellee has an accounting degree from Cal State San Marcos and has been a paralegal with the firm off and on since 2004—so basically part of the furniture.
Kellee is married with five awesome kids who keep her busy with soccer, gymnastics, and general chaos. She loves bike rides, random family adventures, and being bossed around by her Australian Shepherd (who's probably plotting something right now).
Kellee puts way too many miles on my car as the family chauffeur, has a committed relationship with Dr Pepper, and somehow still hasn’t figured out how to slow down. Life’s a ride—and she’s just trying to keep up.
Bianca Fahmy
Bianca is a legal assistant experienced in estate planning, probate, and civil litigation, helping our attorneys tackle life’s messiest paperwork with a smile (and plenty of caffeine). As a United States Air Force veteran, she carries the discipline, resilience, and quick thinking needed to manage anything from client crises to printer jams.
Off the clock, Bianca is a devoted wife, proud mom to an exceptional daughter, and human to Homer, our nap-loving office mascot. She loves family adventures, school events, bingo nights, and getting lost in a good book.
Kelsey Dean
Kelsey has been a paralegal since 2017, keeping probate, trusts, and estate planning running smoothly. As a notary public, she dots the i’s and crosses the t’s with precision. When she’s not in the office you can find her baking bread, reading fantasy novels, and running her household like the small-town mayor of chaos. Life with her husband and two kids is never boring and usually a little wonderfully chaotic.
Justin McCain
Justin works the front desk and is currently pursuing an associate degree in Business Management as well as a bachelor’s degree in Business and Analysis. He enjoys staying busy and spends much of his free time studying, working out at the gym, playing games, or planning his next vacation. His drive to balance education, work, and fun reflects his goal of building a well-rounded future.
Homer
Homer is our beloved office mascot and runs a tight ship around here—no snack goes uninspected, and no visitor gets by without a sniff (or a bribe in the form of treats or belly rubs). When he’s not “working,” he’s usually snoring through meetings or chasing lizards on his off days. Despite having heroically bounced back from genetic paralysis twice—all before turning four—Homer is unstoppable. He’s also a registered service dog, loyally guarding his favorite human… unless a squeaky toy launches a full-scale distraction.
